    The Jingu-mae 6-chome Area Redevelopment Project, led by Tokyu Real Estate Co., Ltd., is set to transform Tokyo’s core into a bustling cultural center. Situated at the junction of Omotesando and Meiji-dori, this expansive commercial complex is slated to open its doors in the spring of 2024. Spanning 12 stories with 2 basement levels, it will cover a 3,085 square meter (33,200 square foot) area, adjacent to the iconic Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku. Featuring a mix of shops, eateries, and inviting outdoor spaces adorned with greenery, the project aims to breathe new life into the neighborhood.

    A Fresh Look engaging the Expanding Community

    At its heart, the project aims to leverage the strategic location of the Omotesando and Meiji-dori intersection to create a vibrant community hub. Beyond mere connectivity, it prioritizes pedestrian-friendly design to cater to the community’s needs. Esteemed architect Akihisa Hirata will lend his expertise to shape the building’s exterior and rooftop, which are poised to become cultural landmarks enhancing the charm of Harajuku and Jingumae.
